Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 1, Sla.terts Addition,
from Milton St. to Chatsworth St., also constructing a sewer from the alley to Fuller St.
in an easement obtained on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly 6 ft.
of Lot 27, Block 1, Slaterts Addition
under Preliminary Order 194419 —,approved October 22., 1959 ,
Intermediary Order 195021 , approved December 15;,x,959

Final Order 195310 ,approved January 12,,_1960
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment •-satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 2nd
day of May, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
