inadvertently set forth the .amount of compromise settlement
of RegLsterdd Bill No., 1318353 issued to Maurice Sagarsky as f215;

WHEREAS, the correct amount of the compromise settlement
of said Registered Bill is $215.37; be it
RESOLVED, that the aforementioned resolution is amended
so that the amount of $215 reads $215.37; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to accept $215.37 in full settlement of said bill, and
to cancel the balance of same, in the amount of T- 215.36.
