Ave. from Westminster St. West to the West property line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault St. Marie Railroad and from a point approximately 1,100 ft. West of the center line of Westminster St. to Jackson St., also construct all necessary drainage facilities and constructing a sewer for storm and sanitary purposes from a point 464 ft. west of Westminster St. to Westminster St.; thence north in Westminster St. to Nevada St. and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made. RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro- ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
