RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the general
construction of an Oil- Asphalt storage and blending plant located at the
Municipal Garage, 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to ROBERT 0.
WESTLUND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8717 of said Robert 0. Westlund
Construction Company for the contract price of $37,594.00 (and unit prices bid),
such bid being the lowest and said'Robert 0. Westlund Construction Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
