W of $nlbosl2ab so• ' RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approtfes' the award of the Contr et Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labo , materials, equip- ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the mechanical construction of an Oil- Asphalt Storage and Blending Plant, located at the Municipal Garage, 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to HARRIS PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8718 of said Harris Plumbing and Heating Company for the contract price of $85,216.00, such bid being the lowest and said Harris Plumbing and Heating Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Cprporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized,to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
