RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid Charles
Suter while he is totally disabled by reason of injuries he
sustained on December 6, 1961, while in the employ of the
Department of Parks and Recreation and Public `auildings, and
that $720.00 in partial settlement, to and including one -half
day March 28, 1962, is now payable.
