THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOS ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment :and Compromise Fund, to
the St. Pain Foundry and Manufacturing Company, the sum of
$104.50 in 71 settlement of its claim :against the City arming
from damagq to its fence on December ?_l, 19612 by reason of.the
derailing o -a freight car and its crashing into said fence, while
City emplofees were unloading salt from the cars at the Dale Street
yard in Saint Paul.
ction 2. Said sum shall be.-paid to said claimant
upon eiecution and delivery of :a release in full to the City, in

a form to le approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.

An ordinance settling the claim of
St. Paul Foundry and Manufacturing Company
against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
the St. Paul, Foundry and Manufacturing Company, the sun of
,04.50 in full settlement of its claim against the City arising
from dpmge to its fence on December 21, 1961, by reason of the
derailing of a freight car and its crashing into said fence, while
City employees Were unloading salt from the cars at the Dale Street
yard in Saint Paul.
Section 2. Said sun shall be paid to sriid claimant
upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained in the manner aforeseid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thir days after its passage, approval, and publication.
