therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering 10 - 211,
75 - 1�1-, 100 - 111, 100 - 3/4" Disc Type Cold Water Meters to the Water Department,
Meter Shop 289 No. Hamline Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota to BADGER METER MANUFACTURING
COMPANY, in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #8694 of said Badger Meter Manufacturing Company for the contract price
of $18,593.20 (Board of Water Commissioners reserving the option of increasing

order not to exceed twenty per cent) such bid being the lowest and said Badger
Meter Manufacturing Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said

contract on behalf of the City of;Saint Paul.
