Dear Council Members:
There is a.one story frame dwelling at 111 West Acker
Street, on!Lot 9, Block 2, Jilson's Subdivision of Lots
3, 4, 5, 6' 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Guerin's Outlots, St. Paul,
Minnesota.
This dwelling is 22 by 60 feet. Walls and roof are sagging,
windows are out of square, and base is rotted. The dwell-
ing is dilapidated beyond repair, has no water or plumbing
facilities: It is a health and fire menace and should be
wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Josephine Rowell, 111 West
Acker Street, St, Paul 17, Minnesota. Danger Notices have
been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St.
Paul Legislative Code.
