RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling,
garage and removal of walls, sidewalks, driveways, walks, fences and miscellaneous
concrete and debris located at 706 Jackson Street, described as allcf Lot 8 except
the southerly 5 feet of the westerly 1/2 thereof; the southerly 5 feet of the
easterly 9k feet of the westerly 1/2 of said Lot 8; the northerly 4 feet of the
easterly 104 feet of Lot 7, Block 13, Ashton and Sherburne's Addition to Saint
Paul, Minnesota to A. KAMISH COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #3671 of said A. Kamish Company,
City to pay Contractor $750.00, such bid being the lowest and said A. Kamish--

Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation-Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
