1411931REAS, the Manager of the Saint Paul Auditorium
heretofore retained advertising .space in the Sunday progress
edition of the Saint Paul Pioneer Press in January of 1962•
relative to advertisements of programs -at the.Auditorium; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Libraries, Auditorium,
Museums and Stadia has been billed by the Northwest Publications,
Inc., for such -advertising in the amount of $933.24•and said
department is desirous of paying such amount; be it

RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby authorizes, ratifies and approves the same and payment for the
aforesaid ,advertising in the amount of $933.24 and authorizes the
proper Ci'r officers to pay such amount in their discretion, either
in six equal monthly installments beginning as of March, 1962, or
as a single lump sum payment;,and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such payment or payments
made out of-Auditorium Fund 1021.
