WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has institatelL suit
for the collection of Registered Bill No. 3 -2820; and
WHEREAS, there is a dispute as to the liability of
the co- defendants in the above suit; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Saint Paul is hereby authorized and directed to compromise
the above bill for the sum of $250.00 and the proper-City
officers are hereby authorized to cancel the remaining $21.87
of said bill.
