RESOLVED, That the proposed interim lease between
the City of Saint Paul, acting by and through its Commissioner
of Public Utilities, therein designated the lessor, and the
United States of America, therein designated the Government,
dated the 12th day of March, 1962, for the leasing of space
and the supplying of services by said City to the United
States of America, in said City's Utilities Building at 100
East Tenth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the term begin-
ning January 1, 1962 and ending April 30, 1962, hereby is
approved and authorized, such proposed lease providing for
a rental rate of $1,120.00 per month payable by the United
States of America to said City and to cover the use of leased
space and the subject services to be furnished by said City.
