WHEREAS, :as the result of an accident which occurred on .
November 26, 19552 a vehicle belonging to the Fire Department of the
City of Saint Paul was damaged and depreciated in the .amount of $954.65
•a Registered Bill 3 -2674 was issued to cover the cost of repairs thereto
to Harold Marchand, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Leo P. Weitzman (a/k/a
Leo P. Woltman); Little Falls, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, because no part of •said bill had been paid, the City
of Saint'Paul instituted suit against the above named parties and
obtained a,judgment-on the 4th of January, 1962, against said parties .
in the sum of $954.65, together with interest due thereon; and
W RFbS., said judgment has been transcribed to the District
Courts of Hennepin and Morrison Counties and_execution issued thereon
and the parties, Harold Marchand and Leo P. Waltzman are desirous of
satisfying said judgment and resolving this matter without further
necessity of judicial process; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the office of the Corporation Counsel is
hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul, satisfaction of the aforementioned judgment and transmit
said satisfaction to the District Courts of Hennepin, Morrison and Ramsey
Counties upon receipt by the City of Saint Paul of the sum of 4954.68; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that, upon payment of such .amount, City of
Saint Paul, as judgment creditor in the above mentioned judgment, hereby
consents to a waiver of interest -and costs on said judgment; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copyof this resolution be attached to
and made a part of said aatisfactiors of judgment at the time said satis-
factions•are transmitted to the District Courts of Hennepin, Morrison an
Ramsey Counties.

WHEREASP as the result of an accident which occurred on

City of Saint Paul was damaged and depreciated in the amount of $954.68
a Registered Bill 3 -2674 was issued to cover the cost of repairs thereto
to Harold Marchand, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Leo P. Waltzman (a/k/a
