RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

�he Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No, 204798
approved Nov. 15th. 1961 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk
++ on the north side of Kellogg Blvd. from Auditorium St. to Wash -
i ngt]on St.

and hiving investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is X0.65 per sq. ft. for mono. cone. walk
5" thick. Extra work(excay., fill, cone. rem*d, root cutting, drive
cros,si ngs, etc.) at extra cost.
A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof,
