Dear Council Members:
Under date of February 19, 1962, a printed copy of Council
File No. 205924 was mailed to Charles K. Hartzell, 531 Uni-
versity Avenue, which resolution directed the wrecking and
removal of'the one story frame shed on Except 20 feet for
Avenue, Lot 23, Block 1, Michel's Subdivision of Block 14
of Stinson's Division of Section 36, Town 29, Range 23, also
known as 531 University Avenue, St. Paul 3, Minnesota, as
published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the shed has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and ad�
joining property.
