SCHROEDER, City Architect 445 City Hall, Zone 2 March 13, 1962 t l CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 Hon. Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: There is a two story frame dwelling at 651 DeSoto Street, described as North 23 1/3 feet of Lot 4 and South 15 feet of Lot 5, Block 10, Warren & Winslow's Addition to the Town of Saint Paul. This building has not been painted for many years, windows are broken out, vandals have been damaging the interior and, in general, the structure is an eyesore and an attractive nuisance. It is, therefore, dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are Luigi and Rose Gaglierde, Ramsey County Home, Saint Paul, Minnesota. The Ramsey Coun- ty Welfare Board has a lien on the property. Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Begislative Code. AHS..A CC: Fire Prevention Bureau 0 Yours truly, AlfrX H.
