RESOLVED, that tb3 Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
hereby authorized to pay from the Permanent Improvement Re-
volving Fund, CODE 3001, the amount of 9 2 L, a portion
of assessable costs of sidewalk construction under the 1960
Sidewalk contract L -6188, said Permanent Improvement Revol-
ving Fund to be reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund
31E -1 (1962). I
