RESOLVED, That the Interim Lease No. GS -06B -7221
between the City of Saint Paul, acting by and through its }
Commissioner of Public Utilities, therein designated the
lessor, and the United States of America, therein designated
the Government, dated the 12th day of March, 1962, for the 1
leasing of space and the supplying of services by said City
to the United States of America, in said City's Utilities Building
at 100'East Tenth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the term;
beginning January 1, 1962 and ending April 30, 1962, providing,
among other things, for a rental rate of $1,120.00 per month 1
payable by the United States of America to said City and to cover the
use of leased space and the subject services to be furnished by said
City, hereby is authorized to be amended to the end that the term
of the same shall be extended for the additional period beginning
May 1, 1962, and ending J 30, 1962, and that the Commissioner
of Public Utilities hereby is authorized to sign and deliver,'in
behalf of said City, the proposed pertinent amendatory instrument
therefor dated the 15th day of May 1962, Lease No. GS -06B -7221,
Agreement No. 1, a copy whereof is herewith filed, approved as to
form by the Corporation Counsel. a
