In the matter of building public sanitary sewer in White Bear
Avenue from Grace Lane to the center of Pullman Avenue under,
Preliminary Order C.F. 205976, approved February 15, 1962 and
Final Order C.F. 207199, approved May 15, 1962.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, be and the same are hereby approved, and
the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed
to do the work at an estimated cost of $2,790.00 by City Forces,
and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary
materials, and be it,
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above improvement,
including engineering and inspection
expenses amounting to
$279.00, or a total of $3,069.00, be
assessed against the
benefited property.
