THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized I to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Elmer Jensen and his insurance carrier, Farmers Insurance Group, the _sum of $181.75 in full settlement of their claim against the City for damage on February 18, 1962,1 to the automobile of zaid.Fimer Jensen, while it was parked in front of his home -at 1512 Canfield., when it was struck by.a City vehicle driven by Edmund C. Kapaun. I Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants upon execution and delivery of as release in full to the City, in .a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for -all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
