WHEREAS, It is necessary to have a specially trained man to
act as a tennis instructor for the Parks & Recreation Bureau for the
period of June 11 through August 18, 1962; and
WHEREAS,, Daniel Dwyer, 969 Goodrich Ave., 'St. Paul.,
Minnesota, has the required training and capabilities to perform such
duties) and is willing to enter into a contract with the City of St. Paul
to act as Tennis Instructor• on the basis of $500. 00 for said period; and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings has recommended that a contract be entered into with
the said Daniel Dwyer upon the aforesaid basis; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council concurs in the recommendation of
the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, and
the Co oration Counsel is hereby authorized to draw the contract
theref� and the proper City officers are authorized to execute the
same on behalf of the City.
