RESOLVED, that Ben Greenebe permitted to con-
struct a 6 -ft. high 14 -ft. long redwood basket weave
fence, with balance of fence to be 3 -ft. high and 56 -ft.
long, running east and west on north side of his lot at
1537 North Hamline Avenue, said fence to be constructed
under the direction and to the satisfaction of the
Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings

Dear Council Members:
A request has been received from Ben Greene requesting per -
mission'to erect a redwood basket weave fence at 1537 North
Hamline Avenue - this fence to be six feet high and four
teen feet long with the balance three feet high and fifty -
six feet long, running east and west on the north side of
the lot. f
Our inspector made a personal investigation of the site and
can see no objections to a fence of this kind. l
Therefore, it is recommended that the Council authorize the
Building Bureau to issue a permit for this structure. I

be 3ft.high and 56ft.long, running East and West on the north
side of lot. This fence will be erected by myself and will be
of redwood basket weave type. I
