WHEREAS, Henry DaBruzzi, 1296 Rice Street, has made application
for license as House Sewer Contractor, and
WHEREAS, Henry DaBruzzi, in accordance with Ordinance No. 7661
has been examined by the Board of Examiners and approved by said
Board for license as a House Sewer Contractor, and
WHEREAS, Henry DaBruzzi has filed a bond in accordance with
Ordinance No. 7661; therefore, be it
RESOLVED; That a license as House Sewer Contractor be hereby
granted to said Henry DaBruzzi subject to the provisions of said
ordinance, and the Commissioner of Public Works is instructed to
issue said license upon payment into the City Treasury of the
required fee.
