RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary to install six inch gutters and four inch downspouts at
the Highland Park Picnic Pavilion, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to ETTEL & FRANZ COMPANY
in accordance with City plan and specifications and the Informal Bid #3771 of said

Ettel & Franz Company for the contract price of $440.00, such bid being the only
bid and said Ettel & Franz Company being a, reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.,
