In the matter of opening, widening and extending W, 7th St. Frontage Road. west of
S. Wheeler Ave. and north of Graham Ave. by condemning and taking the following
described property:
Lot 1, Block 10, Homecroft an Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that
part of said Lot 1, lying northerly of the south 108 ft. of the east 80 ft. and
except that part taken for Highway purposes and Lot 2, Block 10, Homecroft an
Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that part taken for Highway purposes
under Preliminary Order 2o.4748 ,
Intermediary Order 206808 ,
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement
to be made by the said City is
Opening, widening and extending W. 7th St. Frontage Road, west of S. Wheele
Ave. and north of Graham Ave. by condemning and taking the following described
property:
Lot 1, Block 10,-Homecroft an Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that`
part of said Lot 1, lying northerly of the south 108 ft. of the east 80 ft. and
except that part taken for Highway purposes and Lot 2, Block 10, Homecroft an
Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that part taken for Highway purposes
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same fare
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
Lot 1, Block 10, Homecroft an Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that
part of said Lot 1, lying northerly of the south 108 ft. of the-east 80 ft. and
except that part taken for Highway purposes and Lot 2, Block 10, Homecroft an
Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that part taken for Highway purposes
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public works be and is hereby instructed!
t directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are he
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
