An ordinance settling the claim of James Cullen,
a minor, and his parent. - and natural,guardian,
Walter J. Cullen, against the City of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to James Cullen, a min Ir,

and his parent and natural guardian, Walter J. Cullen, the sum of $168.15
in full settlement of their claim against the City arising from an acciden
on March 10, 1962, on Snelling Avenue near Randolph Avenue in Saint Paull,
involving a parked car owned by said Walter J. Cullen and driven by said

James Cullen, who was placing supplies in the trunk of said car when it
was struck by a City vehicle driven by Frank Huberty, injuring said James
Cullen. I
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants upon
execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to b
approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all injuries sustained in the
manner aforesaid..
Section 3. This ordinance ,shall- take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage, approval.` and publication',--_'._
