COUNCIL 'RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONER DATE
WHEREAS, the Hospital Facility Building Commission
of the City of Saint Paul and the County of Ramsey, on April
11, 1962, resolved that in order to effect economies under
Joint Purchasing, that certain supplies be obtained from the
Health Department of the City of Saint Paul through the Joint
Purchasing Department; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor, the Comptroller
for the City of Saint Paul, the Purchasing Agent for the City
of Saint Paul and the Board of County Commissioners of the Co
of Ramsey have all approved this procedure, now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul
that the procedure whereby the Hospital Facility Building-
Commission will obtain supplies from the Health Department
of the City of Saint Paul be and it is hereby approved.
