It is resolved that the resolution of the Board File
No. 3598, signed by the Board of Education of the City of Saint
Paul by Dr. Forrest E. Conner, Superintendent of Schools, relative
to the streets and alleys within the boundaries of the new Harding
High School site, is hereby confirmed and the City of Saint Paul
is hereby regarded as the petitioner for the vacation of said stree
and alleys.
