In the Matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East and
alley from Griffith St. to the North and South alley and the North and South al
Euclid St. to Conway St.; all in Block 5, Lindley Heights

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Fix
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improve
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. - That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to grade and s
with bituminous material the East and West alley from Griffith St. to the North a
alley and the North and South alley from Euclid St. to Conway St.; all in Block 5
Lindley Heights
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4:871.79
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the &h
June, 1962 ' at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give no
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and p]
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
