COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM 1
RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid Leonard Mroszak while he is totally disabled by reason
of injuries he received on December 6, 1961, while in the
employ of the Department of Public Works, and that $405.00
in partial settlement, to and including May 2, 1962, is now
payable;
RESOLVED FURTHER, That resolution of the Council,
Council File No. 207038, adopted and approved May 2, 1962,
is hereby superseded.
