attached application of Amherst H. Wilder Foundation for 30- additional
off-street parking spaces in conjunction with two 41. unit apartment
buildings proposed to be erected at the northwest corner of Wilder
Residence site adjacent to Humboldt Ave., the site being generally

Dear Madam:
This is in the matter of the application of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation
for a permit for 30 additional =off- street parking spaces in conjunction with
two 41 -unit apartment buildings proposed to be erected on the site which is
generally bounded by George Street, Humboldt Avenue, Soutb Robert Street and
the bluff. The legal description is a miscellaneous one, a copy of which is
attached.
This is the-second phase of their building program, and consists of the erection
of two 41 -unit apartment buildings for senior citizens. The proposed 30 car
spaces together with the existing 112 spaces provided at the time of the erect-
ion of the convalescent building, will provide 82 off- street parking spaces
for the two apartment buildings, leaving 60 car spaces for the convalescent
unit.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at their regular meeting on
April 5, 1962, and recommends the granting of the permit for the 30 additional
car spaces on the above described property ih accordance with plans approved
April 5, 1962.
