April 30, n 62 The attention of All County Departments is respectfully called to the following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, Minnesota, .adopted at the meeting held on April 30, 1962 By Commissioner ' Daubney : WHEREAS The date of Thursday, July 26, 1962, has been selected as the date for the annual picnic for the City and County employees, to be held-. in Highland Park, in this City, and ' WHEREAS The members of the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners feel that this event does much to promote a wholesome and beneficial relationship between and among City and County employees, and WHEREAS The Board members desire to.encourage the attendance of the employees; Therefore, Be It r ESOLVED That the head of each department of County government be ereby authorized and directed to release with pay those employees to anal do attend the picnic on July 26, 1962, from 12:00 Noori on; at such departments are directed to maintain skeleton crews on the duct the business of the County; and Be It Further RESOLVED That the County Board urge their representatives on the City ourt House Committee to adopt a similar resolution with respecto ees coming under their jurisdiction.
