BE IT RESOLVED, That the Theodore Hamm Brewing
Company has provided the Public Works Department with
plans and specifications covering the proposed installation
of a convey6v tunnel to run under Bush Avenue at a point
approximately 40 feet-westerly of the westerly line of
Walsh Street;
FURTHER RESOLVED that these plans and specifica-
tions meet the approval of the Public Works Department and
that the Theodore Hamm Brewing Company has expressed a
willingness to meet all other requirements this Council
may impose relative to providing a bond and indemnity to
the City and the right of removal of said tunnel, all of
which is to be of no expense to the City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council auth(rize
the granting'of a permit for the construction of said con -
veyor tunnel, said permit. to embody all of the aforesaid
conditions and to be subject to the approval of the
Corporation Counsel and accepted by the Theodore Hamm
Brewing Company. -
