WHEREAS, in connection with the Improving of ARCH
STREET from Rice Street to Jackson Street, it is
necessary to make further Surveys, prepare Plans and
incur costs for preliminary engineering services
prior to its being paved, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed with
such work with City Forces at an estimated additional
cost of $ 5,000.00, said work to be charged to the f
P.I.R. Fund, Code 3001, Comptrollers Contract L- 5791 -2,
and said Fund is to be reimbursed from the Bond Fund,
Code 200 St -23.
