directed to execute Utilities Relocation agreement No. 53255 between the
Minnesota Highway Department and the City of St. Paul, acting by and throug
its Board of Water Commissioners, for work to be done by the Water Departme
in the relocation and reconstruction of water mains on Trunk Highway No: 94
between Aldine Street and Farrington Street. I
