RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they herein are
authorized and instructed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Pau
an agreement with the Minnesota Highway Department, granting easements
along the westerly side of Lexington Avenue between Rondo and Iglehart
Avenue, and at the southwest intersection of Lexington Parkway and Ron
Avenue, for the purpose of constructing a portion of the southerly app
to the Lexington Avenue Bridge and a stairway in the entrance to the
Stadium property, all as 'shown on the exhibits attached to the
said construction project being designated as State Project No.
and being a part of the permanent construction of the frontage roads o:
Rondo Avenue and St. Anthonyy Avenue , for Interstate-Highway No. 94 betty
Snelling Avenue and Lexington Avenue in the City of St. Paul.
