In the matter of improving FAIRVIEW AVENUE from St. Clair Avenue to
SiamLit Avenue by widening the paved roadbed to a width of 40 feet; by
regrading, curbing and paving the widened areas with new concrete base and
asphaltic concrete surfacing; by resurfacing with asphaltic concrete the
existing pavement where necessary; by grading "and paving street, alley and
driveway returns; by grading and sodding boulevards at the new curb lines;
by planting new trees where the existing trees are removed; by constructir
.sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to property lir
where necessary; by reconstructing drainage facilities; by reconstructing
sidewalks, curbs and paving on the intersecting streets where not in conic
with said improvement, and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement under Preliminary Order 199867,
approved December 1, 1960 and Final Order No. 203001 approved July 13, 19E
