have surrendered License No. 5633 for Foodstuff.-Vending Machine Location
License for their equipment C/O Empire Building Corp. 712 Northwestern`National
Bank. 360 Robert Street, application for which was made in error by them
inasmuch as they do not have their equipment in operation at this location,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to rebind
to the St. Paul 7 -Up Bottling Company the fee of $ 6.00 and to cancel said
license.
