SCHROEDER, City Architect 445 City Hall, Zone 2 April 27, 1962 CAPital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 Hon. Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members; On April 24, you referred to this office a request from John N. Cardozo for permit to construct a six foot red- wood basketweave fence on his property at 1640 Eleanor Avenue. Our inspector, Mr. Blue, has made an investigation and advises that the fence will be placed along the alley and Macalester Avenue sides of the property to•provide priva- cy in the rear yard. He can see no objections to this. Therefore, it is recommended that the Council authorize the Building Bureau to issue a permit for this fence. Yours truly, Al,Rf-ed H.
