WHEREAS, it has become necessary to repair and reconstruct
that certain bridge which carries Como Avenue over the right of way '
and track belonging to the Great Northern Railway Company in the
City of Saint Paul, Minnesota; and

VHEREAS, the Great Northern Railway Company and the City 1
of Saint Paul have prepared plans for the repair and reconstruction
of said bridge, which plan is identified by the numerals 270 -336 -B
:and have mutually .agreed between themselves as to a division of work i
made necessary in order to repair and reconstruct said bridge;
now, therefore, be it
REWLVED, that the proper City officials are :authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, ,an
agreement with the Great Northern Railway Company, contemplating i
the repair .and reconstruction of said bridge and :a.11ocating the
repair and reconstruction work to the respective parties to said
agreement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are
hereby authorized and directed to transmit ,a, copy of said agreement,
after its full execution, to the Great Northern Railway Company
toghether with a coly/of this resolution.
