In the matter of changing the grade of PAYNE AVENUE from
95.39 feet south of the center line of Bush Avenue to a point
388.61 feet north of the center line of Bush Avenue under
Preliminary Order No. 204922 approved November 24, 1961, and
also in the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the
land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills in the regrading and
repaving of Payne Avenue from Bush Avenue to vacated Ross Avenue"
under Preliminary Order No. 205977 approved February 15, 1962•
Resolved, that all orders in the above matters be and 1

the same are hereby cancelled, annul�,-d and rescinded and all
proceedings in such matters discontinued.
