WHEREO Fanny Farmer Candy Shops discontinued business at 426 Wabasha Street, as of
March 3, 1962, where they held a Confectionery License No. 1870, expiring
October 2, 1962, and request a refund of the unused portion of said license
because-of the location being acquired by a new owner, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
the Fanny Farmer Candy Shops the pro -rated fee of $15.00, deducting $15.00
from the original fee of $30.00 posted for the period the licensee operated
on said license and to cancel said license.
