WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in
the Improvement described as the HAZEL -THIRD STREET SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM,
Comptroller's Contract L -6253, Lametti & Sons, Inc., contractor, have
been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions and

RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through items City Council approves
the foregoin Addition made in accordance withthe 5pecificati6ns in the
sun of $ 3.1399 04,' said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration
named in the CM-tract., known as Comptroller's Contract L -6253, and which
amount id to be assessed against the benefited property.
The Commissioner of 2ublic Works has agreed with the above ~
named contractor that the sum of $ 3,349,04 is the correct amount to
be added to the above - contract.
