Dear Council Members:
You referred to this office for recommendation a request
of G. William Smith to withdraw a petition of Carl G.
Anderson for the rezoning of property located at White
Bear Avenue and Upper Afton Road, and requesting a
refund of $130.00 filing fee paid.
This office has investigated this matter and sees no ob-
jection to it, and therefore recommends that permission
be granted to refund the filing fee of $13.0.00.

On November 14, 1961 a petition was filed by Carl G. Anderson with
the City Clerk for re- zoning the property located at White Bear
Avenue and Upper Afton Road. A filing fee of $130.00 was paid to
the City Clerk on November 14th, as evidenced by Receipt No. 2450.
As attorneys for Carl G. Anderson the petitioner, we respectfully
request permission to withdraw the petition for re- zoning and ask
that the filing fee of $130.00 be refunded.

ture, and the City Council by C. F. No.

lished •April 15,•1961, ordered the wreck-
ing by and at the separate cost and
expense of the owner, occupant, or
other person in control thereof, and
the City Council by C. F. No. 202089,
approved May 12, 1961, published May
20, 1961, directed the Commissioner of
Parks and Recreation and Public Build-
ings do enter upon the premises and
wreck and remove the building thereon
and do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life,
