vacated; the center line of said easement being a straight line from a point that
is on the center line of Water St. 630 ft. east of the center line of Smith Ave.
to a point that is the intersection on the center line of Congress St. and the
east property line of Ohio St. produced; said easement being a strip of land
.30 ft. wide and lying between elevation -5.0 City Datum and elevation +15.0 City
Datum '
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Condemning and taking an• easement on a strip of land 30 ft. in width for
the purpose "of constructing and.maintaining a public storm sewer for the'
