For your information, this property is in the midst of a controversial zoning battle involving a proposal to subdivide

Subject: Vacation # 16-2004 - Vacate a porrion of Batavia Street.
I am requesring a date of February 16, 2005 for a Public Hearing to approve the attached
Council Resolution. The purpose of the resolution is to approve the petition of Lyman
Properties LLC to vacate a portion of Batavia Street I have enclosed photocopies of the
Green Sheet, the Council Resolution and a map of the area to be vacated. Please let me
know if there is any additional information you might need.
The resolution is currently being routed for signatures along with the responses from the
utilities and other pertinent inforn�ation.
