WHEREAS, by authority of the Laws of Minnesota for the year
1959P Chapter 330, H.F. 2 ;7 and ratified by C.F. 192216,
approved May 2, 1959., the City of St. Paul may pay a portion
of the cost of sidewalk construction, when such costs exceed
the benefits to the property owners, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following described
parceld of property within the area of the designated Contract
District, be relieved of the following amounts:

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to_ pay from the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, the amount of $600.20,
a portion of-the assessable costs of sidewalk construct on
under the 1960 Sidewalk Contract, L -6188, District No. 2,
Levy No. 2, said Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to be
reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1962).
