RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller of the City
of Saint Paul is hereby authorized and directed to create
a fund to be known as the "Central Information Service Bureau
of Health, Special Fund No. 1054 ", which fund shall be used
to operate the Central Information and - Referral Service, the
establishment and operation of which has been this day pro-
posed to the Department of Health, Education and Welfare of
United States Government.
