COMMISSIONER DATE
WHEREAS, the sewer permitted by Ordinance No. 11592,
Council File No. 19+262, approved October 22, 1959, required
a bond to the City of Saint Paul in the sum of Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00), conditioned to comply with all of the
terms of-the ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the said sewer has been fully completed to the
satisfaction of the Department of Public Works; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the furnishing of a bond so required is
hereby waived upon the furnishing to the City of Saint Paul
of a Certificate of Insurance showing that the said enterprise
was and is fully covered.
